Oral Presentation

Presentation time: 9 min for report plus 3 min for discussion

Equipment: A laptop with Windows XP: Powerpoint 2003 will be provided at the session room. Please do not use your own laptop for the presentation.

Preview Corner: for the presentation authors to check their PPT data, Place: 105#, 1^st Floor of the Red Mansion Conference Hall

Please save the presentation data onto the CD-R or USB Flash Memory. Label your PPT file with your abstract Serial No. and the presentation author’s name, Such as: C100 Jiaxun Li.

All of the speakers are requested to contact the session staffs and copy their PPT data onto the session PC 15 min before their session, and all of the session chairs are requested to contact the session staffs 10 min before their session. All of the temporary saved files will be deleted at the end of each session.

Poster Presentation

A panel will be provided for poster presenters to mount their descriptive material. Poster size is about 1.0 meter wide and 1.2 meter high. The symposium desk is not responsible for poster. Presenting authors must set up their posters by themselves before Tuesday, April 04, 13:30 and remove them at the end of the symposium (not earlier than 18:00, Thursday, April 05). Presenting authors should be at their poster to answer the questions from the delegates during scheduled Poster Session which is15:30-16:45, Tuesday, April 04.

You can find the designated area for your own poster with the poster ID shown above the following title of your presentation. Meeting organizers are available at the 1^st floor of the Red Mansion Conference Hall if you need help to find the assigned position for your poster.
