Please inform the Symposium Secretariat of your Flight No., arrival time and airport as soon as possible. The Secretariat will arrange staffs to meet you at the exit of Shanghai Pudong International Airport with holding a board written your name on 3th April daytime. The staffs will guide you how to reach Suzhou city from Shanghai Pudong airport.

If you arrive in Shanghai at daytime, we suggest you take bus from the airport to Suzhou city directly, the route is as following:

Check-out point----gate 15 of international arrival hall-----story 2 by lift--------go along with channel 6 to the lift of car park-------story 1A by lift------bus station of Pudong international airport------buy the ticket to Suzhou city (the price is 82 Chinese dollar)-------Suzhou bus station, the terminal (about 2.5 hours)-------take taxi to Bamboo Grove Hotel (the time is about 15 minutes and the price is about 15 Chinese dollar). You’d better print the Chinese words of “我要去苏州市e, and show it to the driver when you get on the bus, or when you get on the taxi separately.”（I want to go to Suzhou city）and “我要去苏州竹辉宾馆（苏州市竹辉路168号）”（I want to go to Bamboo Grove Hotel）as large as possible in advanc

The timetable of bus from Shanghai Pudong international airport to Suzhou is once for each hour from 10:00AM to 7:00PM.

If you arrive in Shanghai at night, we suggest you take taxi to Bamboo Grove Hotel, Suzhou City, the address is 168#, Zhuhui road, Suzhou City. The taxi station of Pudong international airport is at the story 2, you can get there by lift from gate 15 of international arrival hall.
