主要研究工作
主要从事生物医用可降解高分子胶束药物传递系统的基础和应用研究,特别在可降解高分子材料的分子设计、合成及其药物传递系统设计、构建和肿瘤治疗方面进行了系列研究。
1.      生物降解高分子设计及合成与性能研究
通过设计不同结构和组成的生物可降解高分子材料;研究材料的分子组成、结构、形态与共聚物性能之间的关系;聚合物的多层次结构与胶束性能及细胞之间关系,为后期载体的构建提供理论铺垫。
2.      多功能纳米药物载体的设计及应用研究
利用肿瘤组织及细胞内外的特异性环境,设计合成智能响应性的多功能药物载体材料,从而实现智能药物传递的动态示踪、 靶向性及智能响应性释放的功能,构建新型的纳米载药系统。
